United Kingdom When the order has been received by email, this does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will then send you a Performa invoice via email or confirm your order over the phone. Once confirmed we will indicate acceptance of your order and hence a contract between us when we send you an invoice.
We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Payments We accept most Debit/Credit cards, PayPal, Bank transfers, Cheques, Drafts and Postal orders.
95% of orders are delivered the next working day. Bank transfers and cheques may take 3-4 working days to clear. Goods will only be dispatched , once the payment has been cleared.
Discount Discount is available on orders over £150 and £300 which is 7.5% and 12.5% respectively.
Shipping And Handling We will ship stock items via Courier service and any special requirements must be specified.
The normal delivery charge is £9.95 (ex. VAT) for orders under 30 kilos to all areas within the mainland UK. For most EU countries the postage charge is from £18. Different rates apply for Northern Ireland, other UK non-mainland areas.
Customers can arrange their own shipping and can be collected from our cash & carry at the address mentioned above.
In case of any returns, the postal charges are non-refundable.
In case of missed deliveries due to customers not available at the time of delivery or refusal to accept the delivery, the postal charges are non-refundable and applied again if arranged redelivery. However, a maximum of three attempts are made before the parcel is returned to sender. Calling cards are left at every attempt and it is customer's responsibility to contact courier service to re-arrange delivery at a convenient day or time(subject to availability).
Invoicing
Invoices can be produced online or manually and are subject to change or amendments should there be any numerical mistake or calculation error. All changes or amendments to the invoice must be notified within 12 months. Delivery Schedule
We despatch your order within 24hrs of the receipt of your payment. The order is normally delivered within 2 business days following the despatch. International orders are generally Delivered in 3-5 business days.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK, all items are subject to 17.5% VAT .
Privacy Policy
Bags Lane do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Returns Policy
Customers are kindly advised to check the goods thoroughly upon receipt and notify of any manufacturing defect within 7 days.
Goods will not be taken back after 7days of purchase in any circumstances.
Goods can only be returned if there is a manufacturing fault or any item being sent not mentioned in the order. We can not accept any responsibility for goods not favouring personal tastes or expectations.
Bags Lane takes no responsibility for colours not being as expected as the original colours may slightly differ from the picture due to the technical limitations.
All returns must be discussed with a member of our staff before being sent back.
In case of any returns, no replacements will be sent out and customers will be issued a credit note or a full refund of the item. If the customer requires any replacement, postage will be charged.
If advised, returns must be sent back through royal mail standard post and refunds will be made according to second class standard royal mail rates.
